Senior Development Project EngineerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an experienced Senior Development Project Engineer to lead the Automatic Ground Collision Avoidance System (AGCAS) program within the F-15EX development portfolio in St. Louis MO. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the technical execution and program management of the AGCAS effort ensuring integration and delivery of this critical safety system. This role requires deep expertise in project engineering program leadership and avionics system development.Position Responsibilities:Lead the AGCAS program for the F-15EX from requirements definition through design development testing and deliveryAct as the primary technical interface between Boeing leadership the F-15EX customer and cross-functional teams for all AGCAS-related activitiesDevelop maintain and execute comprehensive project plans and schedules to meet program objectives and milestonesCoordinate with systems engineering software hardware test teams and suppliers to ensure seamless program executionMonitor and report on cost schedule and technical performance metrics providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholdersIdentify program risks and opportunities develop mitigation strategies and implement corrective actions as neededFoster strong working relationships with the customer and internal teams to facilitate communication issue resolution and alignmentEnsure all program deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on scheduleAnalyze project performance against baseline plans capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement initiativesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Berkeley MO.Travel may be required up to 10% of the time; Domestically depending on business needs.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
