Alliance For Children is the children's advocacy center serving all of Tarrant County. Since 1992, over 74,000 children have benefitted from Alliance For Children's teamed investigations and coordinated approach. Alliance For Children is a nonprofit organization that operates child-friendly centers located in Arlington, Fort Worth and Hurst. Director of Clinical ServicesThe Director of Clinical Services is responsible for the overall direction and management of all clinical services within Alliance For Children. This will include direct service oversight, establishment of best practice models, compliance, and optimal outcomes. Minimum Requirements:Master's degree required in counseling, social work, or related fieldApproved Clinical Supervisor (LPC-S, LCSW-S, or LMFT-S)Experience working within a multidisciplinary team, preferably the Children's Advocacy Center modelMinimum of five years' supervisory experience working with clinicians or institutions of higher learning in direct practice with abused children and protective family membersAt least 10 years of therapeutic experience working with abused children and protective family membersCertification in an evidence-based trauma specific modality; TF-CBT or EMDR preferredMust have a valid driver's license and proof of liability insuranceMust successfully complete criminal and civil background checksAbility to maintain confidentiality and present in a positive, professional manner at all timesMust be able to handle difficult, possibly graphic case detailsUnderstanding of the Children's Advocacy Center model and child abuse investigative processAble to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure of deadlinesRegular and reliable attendance Job Duties/Essential Functions:Develop, implement, and evaluate Clinical services and procedures to improve client outcomesDirect a team of mental health supervisors while providing clinical and administrative support; including determining workloads and schedules, evaluating staff performance, providing training, and making hiring, promotion, and disciplinary recommendations as neededEnsure clinicians are trained and show fidelity in the modalities that Alliance For Children utilizes while monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of servicesOversee budgeting and financial management of clinical servicesEnsure uniformity within each Alliance For Children locationFormulate and review all Clinical protocols and proceduresEnsure clinical services meet the standards for Children's Advocacy Centers as outlined in the Texas Family Code, standards guidelines as directed by Children's Advocacy Centers of Texas, and local MDT protocolsConsistently attend multidisciplinary case staffing meetings to observe potential referrals, partner engagement, and service deliveryAttend all applicable leadership meetings, including the Interagency Committee, Senior Leadership, Director's, Department leadership, and any additional meetings as requested to ensure cohesion and teamworkOversee PSB (problematic sexual behavior) client services in conjunction with Lena PopeHandle all general inquiries coming from website and phone callsDevelop and maintain interagency relationships between local law enforcement, Department of Family and Protective Services, Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office, local medical organizations, and Alliance For ChildrenDevelop and maintain relationships with other Child Advocacy Center clinical leaders as well as Mental Health organizations and services in Tarrant CountyServe as the agency lead in attendance and support of project development for the Mental Health ConnectionOversee and recruit clinical associates seeking hours for full clinical licensure for the PAL Program by fostering community and institutional relationships to build and sustain a pipeline of potential participantsParticipate in future research projects and publication opportunities pertaining to clinical servicesMeet regularly with the Chief Program Officer for supervision and service oversightAccept special assignments and/or duties as assigned by the Chief Program Officer or Chief Executive OfficerSupport the overall mission of Alliance For Children and each program within the agency structure by working collectively and cohesively with other management team members, demonstrating and modeling a positive, collaborative work environment Physical Requirements:Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, kneel and twist on an intermittent and sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects and reach overhead. Ability to operate a telephone and computer. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Moderate independent travel by private auto required.
