This role will be responsible for cultivating a team of high-performing individuals in a fast-paced environment partnering with senior leaders to develop strategic finance initiatives and leading high-profile projects to drive transformation. This Senior Director should be a dynamic individual who can work closely with senior leaders and has the ambition to drive change.Responsibilities:Partner with the NA Print and Digital business leaders in the financial management and direction of the business including the development and implementation of business strategies growth opportunities and operational goalsProvide thought leadership in progressing strategic financial objectives aligned with the long-range plan of the organizationLead all core finance processes (budgets pacing estimate updates long-range plans) for Print and DigitalCoach and develop an outstanding team of finance professionalsDevelop and implement forward-looking financial models product profitability metrics ad-hoc analyses to improve financial performanceConduct financial analyses to evaluate strategic initiatives to accelerate growthIdentify and implement process improvement initiativesBuild and manage relationships with multiple business partners to review financial performance and opportunitiesPreferred Background & Skills:Excellent financial and business management skills with deep understanding of P&L managementProven analytical skills with a hands-on and meticulous nature able to accomplish deep-dive analytics both individually and through the teamAbility to communicate and break down complex ideas into understandable and actionable messages.Proactive leader with track record of approaching management with views on how to improve the business using data driven analysis -- ability to influence to drive results in a matrixed environmentDeep understanding of Finance data flow and toolsExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skillsHigh degree of integrity and accountability in a fast paced dynamic environmentProven track record for developing staff and mentoring finance associates across the organizationQualifications:10 years of applicable experienceCPA or MBA preferredCompensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $200000 - $250000.Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.Bonus Eligibility: Bonus EligibleBenefits Information: Please visit for more information on our comprehensive benefit offerings for this role.#LI-CS2We are dedicated to fostering a collaborative engaging and inclusive environment and are committed to providing a workplace that empowers associates to be authentic and bring their best to work.
