Senior Director of AthleticsLegacy Christian Academy (TAPPS 6A) seeks an experienced and visionary leader to serve as our next Senior Director of Athletics.The ideal candidate will bring:Proven leadership as an Athletic Director with 5 years of experience at the college or high school level.A bachelors degree in Athletics Education Administration or Business Administration Masters preferred.Demonstrated ability to oversee budgets supervise staff and manage personnel.A strong fundraising and development success track record ideally within a Christian school environment.A clearly defined and lived-out Christian athletics philosophy committed to integrating faith character and excellence into all aspects of athletic programming.The Senior Director of Athletics will lead a group of 45 staff coaches to pursue excellence on the field of competition while upholding LCAs mission and to develop strong leaders with Biblical convictions.
