Dodge Rd Omaha NEResponsible for managing the strategy communications and execution of the Caring Campaign coordinating The Meaning of Care Awards program supporting donor prospecting with grateful patients and assisting with grant writing and proposal development.Responsibilities:Essential FunctionsEmployee Giving ManagementLead the strategy communications and implementation of the employee giving programCoordinate ambassador communications timelines materials and team collaboration to ensure successful executionReport participation numbers and outcomesPresent campaign goals and impact stories to employees across the health system in order to inspire engage and increase awareness.Manage the grateful patient programOversee all aspects of thegrateful patient programincluding nominations communications and monthly presentations at Management ForumIdentify and qualify grateful patient prospects in coordination with Foundation and clinical staffConduct award presentations and highlight meaningful patient stories that celebrate outstanding staff careSupport cultivation and stewardship strategies to enhance donor relationshipsGrant Writing SupportAssist with grant identification proposal development and submissionAssist with grant progress reportsCoordinate supporting materials and data to strengthen funding requestsSchedule:Full time business hours. Evenings/weekends as necessary.Job Description:Job RequirementsEducationBachelors Degree in Business Administration Communication or related field required.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in a development setting. With focus on relationship building and community engagement.License/CertificationsN/ASkills/Knowledge/AbilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Adaptable flexible and eager to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve goals.Able to work independently prioritize tasks and meet scheduled deadlines.
