Lets push the boundaries of whats possible together.As a Senior Director of Software Engineering at JPMorganChase within the Test Integration and Implementation team in Corporate & Investment Banking Technology you lead multiple technical areas manage the activities of multiple departments and collaborate across technical domains. Your expertise is applied cross-functionally to drive the adoption and implementation of technical methods within various teams and aid the firm in remaining at the forefront of industry trends best practices and technological advances.Job responsibilitiesOversee US-based teams (regional and site level) within Testing Engineering Modernization Automation Infrastructure Up-Lift Environment Stability and Resiliency and Architecture.Provides high-level direction while being hands-on as Design Authority focused on design and architecture of solution deliveryActs as the primary interface with senior leaders stakeholders and executives driving consensus across competing objectives and perspectivesManages multiple stakeholders complex projects and large cross-functional and cross-product collaborationsInfluences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business product and technology teamsChampions the firms culture of diversity opportunity inclusion and respectRequired qualifications capabilities and skillsFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10 years applied experienceExperience developing or leading large cross-functional teams of technologists in engineeringDemonstrated prior experience influencing across highly matrixed complex organizations and delivering value at scaleExperience leading complex projects supporting system design testing and operational stability modernization and infrastructure upliftExperience building proofs of concept (POCs) owning the design and driving delivery teams to execute on that visionPrior track record of contributing to major implementations focused on architecting designing and modernizing technology uplift environmentsExcellent communication skills and technical documentation skills producing White Papers and PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders and stakeholders.Expertise in Computer Science Computer Engineering Mathematics or a related technical fieldPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsExperience working close to code level (code reviews ensuring technical delivery is on track etc.)Prior experience in Payments Technology strongly preferredRequired Experience:Exec Key Skills Go,Lean,Management Experience,React,Node.js,Operations Management,Project Management,Research & Development,Software Development,Team Management,GraphQL,Leadership Experience Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 232750 - 325000
