You will collaborate closely with the VP & GM of Digital and cross-functional leaders in Product Management Delivery Operations and Technology to deliver unified measurement solutions that accelerate revenue growth and strengthen IQVIAs market position. This role combines executive oversight with hands-on leadership ensuring operational excellence and product innovation in a dynamic high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute product vision strategy and roadmap for measurement solutions and digital marketing products.Lead and mentor a team of product managers fostering innovation and collaboration.Drive product innovation and operational strategies to ensure successful implementation and execution.Oversee divisional financial performance proposals and executive-level client engagement.Build strong relationships with Pharma Agency and Publisher stakeholders to accelerate business growth.Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies tomaintaincompetitiveadvantage.QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Healthcare Informatics Business or related field; MBA preferred.10 years of product management experience with specialization in Pharmaceutical and/or Agency markets.Proven success delivering measurement or analytics solutions to Pharma Agency or Publisher buyers.Strong leadership experience managing high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.Deep understanding of healthcare data identity measurement CDP and cleanroom concepts.Exceptionalrelationship-building analytical and communication skills.#IQVIADIGITALIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
