JOB DESCRIPTION

Capital One is continually seeking ways to win the front‑end of banking to own and grow direct customer relationships. Looking forward, we are exploring new areas like agentic commerce and stablecoins, along with ecosystem partnerships, that can keep us at the forefront of payments.

About The Team

This team is also at the front‑line of building AI/ML capabilities directly into our features. The PINT team is largely based in NY, and is highly engaged with a strong team identity across product, tech and data science. The new leader should be able to build on that.
