Note: This role offers the flexibility to be based in Taiwan or San Jose.Meet the TeamAs Senior Director, Sourcing & Supplier Management – ASIC (Silicon One), this role defines and leads Cisco’s global strategy across Foundry, OSAT and Substrates, supporting Silicon One, Cisco’s flagship silicon platform. Positioned within Global Supplier Management and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, the role ensures alignment of supply, technology, and commercial strategy to support Cisco’s Silicon One.Operating across semiconductor technology, engineering, and supply chain, the role ensures Cisco maintains technology leadership, supply continuity, and competitive advantage.Your ImpactA strategic, highly collaborative executive with deep semiconductor industry expertise and a proven ability to operate across technology and supply chain domains. Brings a forward-looking perspective and the ability to translate market and technology signals into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes.This leader is responsible for building and leading a world-class organization focused on strategic sourcing, supplier management, and ecosystem development across the semiconductor value chain. As part of the Global Supplier Management leadership team, the role plays a critical part in enabling Cisco’s innovation, scale, and long-term growth.Core CapabilitiesDeep expertise in the semiconductor ecosystem, including Foundry, OSAT and substratesStrong understanding of silicon technology roadmaps, including process nodes, advanced packaging, and capacity dynamicsAbility to partner with engineering and business teams to implement product development, technology, and supply chain strategiesExceptional leadership and talent development capabilities, with a focus on building high-performing global teamsSkilled negotiator with experience structuring complex, strategic supplier agreementsData-driven decision maker with a strong focus on measurable outcomesHighly effective communicator with the ability to influence executive-level team members internally and externallyMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field10+ years of experience in in semiconductor sourcing, supplier management, or technology supply chain leadershipStrong knowledge of Foundry, OSAT, and substrate markets, including technology trends and supplier landscapeExperience supporting custom silicon programs within complex technology environmentsPreferred Qualifications 6+ years of experience leading global teams and organizationsExperience in product development cycles and close partnership with engineering organizationsFinancial and commercial expertise, including cost modeling, capacity planning, and long-term agreementsWhy Cisco? At Cisco, we’re revolutionizing how data and infrastructure connect and protect organizations in the AI era – and beyond.
