Sanofi is seeking a Senior Director, US HCP Marketing, Rhinology to lead HCP marketing strategy for Dupixent (dupilumab) in Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) and Allergic Fungal Rhinosinusitis (AFRS). Main Responsibilities:Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the US HCP marketing strategy for Rhinology/CRSwNP — translating market insights into differentiated messaging and tactical plans for ENT specialists, allergists, and key HCP audiencesCross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with RGA marketing team, Medical Affairs, Sales, Market Access, and LMR review teams to ensure programs are strategically aligned and compliant.Brand Planning & Budget: Own the annual HCP brand planning process; manage a significant marketing budget with rigor and clear ROI accountability.KOL & HCP Engagement: Together with the Market Development lead, build and execute a KOL strategy with leading ENT surgeons, rhinologists, and allergists — including advisory boards, speaker bureau, peer-to-peer platforms, conferences.Omnichannel Campaigns: With the support of the Rhinology product manager, design and execute integrated campaigns across personal promotion, digital advertising, CRM, and emerging channels for a seamless HCP experience.About YouQualifications:Bachelor's required; MBA or advanced degree (MD, PharmD, MPH) preferred8+ years of pharma/biotech experience with demonstrated impact3+ years dedicated HCP marketing or similarProven leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentStrong omnichannel, analytics, and strategic planning capabilitiesExcellent communication and cross-functional influence skillsAI leadershipWhy choose us?Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.
