MSEE is a plus. 7 years of professional hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering. Up to 20% of travel may be required between locations.Ability to travel for work-related purposes as needed; access to reliable transportation is required due to the nature of our business and multiple client sites.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Background checks are required.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Strong digital and analog design skillsStrong troubleshooting and debugging skillsExperience with designing embedded systems (microcontrollers FPGAs etc.)Preferred experience with motor/motion control systemsExperience with working with various sensor technologies (gyros cameras microphones)Experience with low speed bus protocols such as I2C SPI CAN UART etc.Experience with high speed protocols such as PCIe USB MIPI is preferred.Experience with GigE GMSL LWIR LRF or LIDAR is a plusExperience with RF designs is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES:Author subsystem/system requirements and specifications document design files and test criteria/plan for system and modules and support system validation.Design complex high density multi-layer (10 layers) PCBAs using Altium schematic and layout toolsPerform prototyping and bring-up of new design(s)Why join the Andrews Cooper team This is a full-time position with compensation benefits and work positives including:Flexible work hours and locations (Bothell WA Lake Oswego OR McMinnville OR and Corvallis OR).Medical dental life and disability insurance; health savings accounts (HSA) flexible spending accounts (FSA) employee assistance programs (EAP) and dependent savings accounts (DSA).
