Competitive pay + bonus + benefitsWe’re hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects in the mission-critical and healthcare sectors — including data centers, hospitals, and complex infrastructure builds.You’ll manage every aspect of project delivery from preconstruction through close out, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and financial goals are achieved.What You’ll Do:Oversee budgets, schedules, and project financialsLead coordination across estimating, VDC/BIM, prefab, and field teamsManage subcontractors, change orders, and scope executionBuild strong relationships with clients and project partnersEnsure safety, quality, and company standards are maintainedMentor and develop project engineers and support staffWhat We’re Looking For:10+ years of experience in electrical construction project managementProven success on mission critical (data center, hospital, or similar) projectsExperience managing electrical scopes of $10M+Strong understanding of electrical systems and design-build deliveryProficient in Procore, MS Project, and SmartsheetExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsDegree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering preferredWhat We Offer:Competitive pay and performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidays
