A successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to enhance the learners leadership skills and knowledge utilizing various learner engagement techniques. They will contribute to top-tier leadership programs ensuring an exceptional learner experience that fosters engagement growth and organizational impact.The key focus areas for this position include communicating a shared leadership and development strategy to foster a sustainable pipeline of highly effective leaders and role model values and culture that enables Boeing employees to you are passionate about delivering world-class leadership experiences this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact at the highest levels of the organization.Position Responsibilities:Utilize key training strategies including brainstorming processing checks role-plays simulations case studies and practice sessions to enhance learning effectivenessManage challenging training situations such as disruptive learner behaviors and complex/sensitive aerospace industry topics using appropriate levels of interventionDemonstrate credibility and accountability by leveraging in-depth knowledge of Boeings culture and values using real-life examples to reinforce trainingPursue Boeing Values in a meaningful observable and measurable wayMonitor and evaluate learner performance providing valuable insights to improve training delivery while managing learner preparation delivery and rostering per business requirementsAchieve measurable outcomes and deliver results through high-impact practice and inclusive excellenceEvaluate the impact and effectiveness of leadership training programs through learner feedback performance evaluations and post-training assessmentsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align training programs with organizational goals and strategic objectivesFacilitate change management initiatives to help learners adapt to new processes and organizational changesParticipate and/or facilitate faculty development including train-the-trainer sessions feedback sessions and monitor classroom performanceExperience in design and development of training curriculum and materialsDemonstrate commitment to continuous development of training and facilitation skillsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years of experience in the Learning and Development profession5 years of experience conducting Leadership Training for Executives and Managerial level employees5 years of experience in the corporate learning industryAbility to travel 50% of the timePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree or higher5 years of experience training aerospace5 years of experience teaching a technical subject matter in an adult learning environmentExperience in project or program managementExperience in a role that required you to effectively collaborate cross-functionally and present technical information in a clear and concise mannerExperience in a formal leadership roleDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Shift:This position will primarily support 1st shift with some 2nd shift support required.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
