Responsibilities include:Assumes Engineer of Record role for electrical disciplineProvide overall direction for the design team from inception to completion on a project-specific basisDesign of branch circuit distribution systems for power and lighting in commercial facilitiesDesign of overall power distribution systemPerform calculations to support system designsPerform CA tasks review submittals/shop drawings respond to RFIs and attend CA meetingsConduct site visits to evaluate field installations and conduct field observationsManage assigned projects including coordination and or direction for the design team from inception to completion on a project-specific basisPlan schedule conduct and or coordinate detailed phases of assigned project work while maintaining quality standards on all projectsLead design and construction meetingsMentor junior team members and assign duties to design staffProvide Periodic objective and comprehensive employee check-ins in support of Annual Performance ReviewsPrepare and monitor contracts fee proposals and contract negotiationsCollaborate with Business Development to build relationships and foster repeat workQualification Requirements: Bachelors Degree from an Accredited InstitutionCurrent Professional Engineering LicenseA minimum of 5 Years as a Licensed Professional EngineerAbility to Obtain Professional Licensure in the State of Texas10 Years Experience of Electrical Design experience specifically in Municipal/Aviation Education Healthcare and Commercial Office sectors7 Years of Hands-on MEP Design Experience3 Years of Project Management Experience3 Years of Supervisory Experience directly over an MEP Design TeamJob Version Date Dec 09 2025Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills Electrical Engineering,System Design,Firmware,NEC,PCB,Sensors,Signal Processing,Matlab,Fpga,Autocad,Programmable Logic Controllers,Revit Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
