In this role, you will guide a distributed engineering team responsible for building and operating highly available, scalable, and secure technology solutions that directly impact how clients access Schwab’s digital ecosystem. You will balance technical leadership, people development, delivery execution, and partner engagement while helping the team move high-priority security initiatives forward with clarity and urgency.This is an opportunity to lead through complex technology decisions, drive modern engineering practices, and strengthen how the team uses automation, metrics, and AI-enabled development practices to improve quality, speed, and operational resilience. You will partner across technology, business, and development teams to align priorities, manage risk, remove barriers, and support a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
