Ibottas engineering team is growing and were looking for an additional Senior Software Engineering Manager to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.At Ibotta our engineering team is organized cross-functionally by squads that work on a variety of solutions for the company including the platform used by our clients to gain the most value from their promotional spend. Were looking for a senior manager that is inspired by mentoring a talented group of world-class engineers building client facing analytic and performance measurement solutions. A leader who can drive technical delivery own outcomes over output and engage with senior level product and business leader to guide the overall solution.This position is located in Denver Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday). Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package.
