This role will be responsible for managing detailed cost estimates subcontractor bid evaluations and budget forecasting for large-scale commercial and industrial projects. The Senior Estimator will collaborate with architects engineers project managers and senior leadership to deliver accurate proposals and support preconstruction activities from early design through project handoff.
