Their team is committed to building lasting client relationships while maintaining a reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity.Position OverviewThe Senior Estimator will play a critical role in developing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring competitive bids that align with client expectations and company goals. This position offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial projects with a collaborative and supportive team.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for both tenant improvement and ground up construction projectsAnalyze drawings, specifications, and related documents to develop accurate project scopes and budgetsSolicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure coverage and competitive pricingIdentify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options without compromising qualityCollaborate with project managers, preconstruction teams, and clients to align estimates with project goalsMaintain current knowledge of market conditions, labor costs, and material pricingAssist with bid presentations and support business development efforts when neededQualifications4+ years of experience in estimating within commercial construction projects over $3M in sizeStrong background in both tenant improvement and ground up projectsProficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDetail oriented with strong analytical and organizational abilitiesCompensation and BenefitsSalary $100-135K depending on experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with company matchApply below or send your resume to [email protected]
