This person must be a master at multitasking and anticipate the needs of their executive keeping ten steps this pivotal role you will support the Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions Product Leaders.4-5 years of experience providing administrative support to C-level executive(s)Strong customer-service mentality with a consistent desire to exceed expectationsQuick adaptation flexibility to changing priorities and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressureExemplary interpersonal skills and ability to develop professional relationshipsAbility to discreetly handle sensitive and confidential informationStrong organizational skills that reflect the ability to complete assignments accurately and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailActing as an extension of the Product Leaders and being a cornerstone to the team-building process within the departmentAbility to perform overall duties and responsibilities of this position with minimal to no direction using independent judgment (and discretion)Must have advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft Suite programs (Word PowerPoint Excel Teams SharePoint)Drive energy and a sense of purpose for the role and supporting functionBachelors Degree RequiredImpact Youll Make:As the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant you will develop your knowledge and understanding of both the business and the product executives you support to play a critical role in enabling TransUnions global success.The Executive Assistant develops meaningful partnerships with the team plays an important role in assisting with multiple projects collaborates with functional departments and manages the flawless execution of high priority and urgent meetings. This person utilizes their creative problem-solving skills effective decision-making and project planning/management abilities to maintain a realistic balance among multiple competing priorities.This role executes above and beyond an Executive Administrative scope. This person will apply their creative talents in producing multiple internal and external presentations as well as meeting materials for and on behalf of the Product Leaders.This person is the liaison between the Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions Product Leaders and their peers leadership team and senior management as well as internal and external stakeholders. This position has access to and regularly handles information of the most sensitive confidential and strategic nature. Complete and utter discretion is of the utmost necessity.The successful candidate is a proactive thinker who understands the business and its inner workings. They provide value to each task by maximizing the strategic alignment between the Executive and their business priorities. The Sr Executive Administrative Assistant will continually be challenged to think beyond the task at hand and work to tie the pieces together to deliver optimal results.Specific Responsibilities:Build a strong partnership with Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions Product LeadersWorking closely and effectively keeping the two product leaders informed of commitments and/or responsibilitiesProactively following up on administrative/operational duties associated with the two product leaders areas of responsibilityAnticipate and prepare daily schedule meetings and prioritiesSchedule appointments without prior clearance or feedbackEnsure the most effective use of the two product leaders timeThis will include some off-hour requestsCreate internal announcements on behalf of the two product leadersCompose correspondence on behalf of the two product leadersCreate and prepare presentation / meeting materials specifically:Create presentations for department (Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions) Town Halls (quarterly) Global Fraud Solutions & Global Consumer Solutions Cross-Functional Leadership Teams Meetings Conferences Offsites and external customer / stakeholder events etc.Produce meeting agendas notes and/or other materials for meetingsPrepare coordinate and schedule meetings for senior-level management and others within the organization; this includes logistics for off-site conferences customer/partner events Town Halls internal associate celebratory/appreciation events and other tasks as neededManage and arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans/itineraries compile documents for travel-related meetingsProcess and complete executives expense report(s)Coordinate food and beverage requests for executives meetings and/or eventsRespond to daily inquiries and execute ad hoc requests and meeting logisticsCollaborate and develop strong relationships within the Global Fraud Solutions and Global Consumer Solutions leadership teams providing advice and guidance on matters that involve multiple functions.Collaborate and develop strong relationships within the executive/administrative assistant communityAdhoc requests and projects to support enterprise initiatives.#LI-AI1Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with applicable law including the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance and the California Fair Chance Act.Adherence to Company policies sound judgment and trustworthiness working safely communicating respectfully and safeguarding business operations confidential and proprietary information and the Companys reputation are also essential expectations of this position.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits: TransUnion provides flexible benefits including flexible time off for exempt associates paid time off for non-exempt associates up to 12 paid holidays per year health benefits (including medical dental and vision plan options and health spending accounts) mental health support disability benefits up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave adoption assistance fertility planning coverage legal benefits long-term care insurance commuter benefits tuition reimbursement charity gift matching employee stock purchase plan 401(k) retirement savings with employer match and access to TransUnions Employee Resource Groups. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience job-related skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan.
