You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, work autonomously with minimal supervision, and care deeply about design craft and its impact on users.Qualifications4+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction DesignStrong portfolio showcasing responsive web and/or mobile design work with emphasis on full-scale marketing or web designEnterprise experience and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environmentsExcellent presentation, relationship building, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working with or at agencies preferredProficiency in Figma, AEM/CMS experience is a plus but not requiredStrong attention to detail, particularly with design systems and visual craftSolid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive designExperience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams
