Job Description
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager on Datadogs Global Event Meetings and Executive Programs team youll play a critical role in executing and scaling our global meetings strategy across key first- and third-party events. Your work will directly contribute to Datadogs go-to-market goals by creating memorable high-impact experiences that deepen relationships with executives at our customer and prospect organizations. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally across teams and regions while shaping a consistent and scalable global program that reflects Datadogs brand values and leadership in observability and security.At Datadog we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.What Youll Do:Lead the execution and optimization of Datadogs global event meetings program managing 3000 meetings annually across events like AWS re:Invent Google Cloud Next and DASHDevelop and standardize processes for meeting execution including agenda planning content consistency and follow-up workflowsCreate and deliver sales enablement materials that drive adoption and impact of the event meetings programPartner with cross-functional teamsRegional Field Marketing Sales Product Marketing Solutions Engineering and othersto ensure strategic alignment and operational excellenceSupport onsite execution at flagship events including overseeing the meetings program at DASH and select Datadog SummitsTrack and report on program performance pacing and sales engagement in partnership with Marketing Ops Sales Ops and Strategy maintaining real-time dashboards and contributing to a global playbookWho You Are:5 years of experience in program management event marketing strategy and operations or consultingBackground in executive customer-facing roles such as field marketing sales partnerships or supportDemonstrated success supporting sales teams with effective enablement content and processesSkilled in managing multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities to drive resultsStrong communication organizational and customer service skills across internal and external audiencesExperience using Jifflenow or similar meeting management tools; familiarity with Salesforce and data tools like Metabase or TableauDatadog values people from all walks of life.
