Senior Finance ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager in Berkeley Missouri reporting to the Fighter Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role you will lead a team of analysts responsible for the finance execution of the F/A-18 aircraft program. You will partner across functions to identify implement and drive changes that improve the programs overall financial performance. This role requires engagement with key U.S. Navy customers and Boeing senior leaders and demands strong financial and operational acumen.Position Responsibilities:Manage employees performing Estimates at Completion budget development financial forecasting business case development and risk analysis and financial and competitive analysesCoordinate with program management contracts and estimating on new proposal pursuitsDevelop and execute integrated organizational plans policies and procedures; guide the development of business and technical strategies goals and objectivesAcquire resources for organizational activities and lead process improvementsDevelop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers stakeholders peers partners and direct reportsManage develop and motivate a strong finance teamThis position is full-time and in-officeThis position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
