This role will focus on topline metrics providing actionable insights that drive revenue growth and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills experience with forecasting and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesTopline Analysis & Forecasting:Prepare and deliver monthly reporting on topline metrics for senior leadership and private equity stakeholders.Analyze trends and articulate variances to budget and forecastDevelop and maintain models for Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Billings Revenue and Renewal Rates.Strategic Planning Support:Partner with business leaders to provide insights on ARR and Renewal Rate performance.Support annual budgeting and long-term planning processes with a focus on top line drivers.Ad Hoc Analysis:Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate potential business outcomes.Provide timely recommendations based on data-driven insights.Participate in M&A and other strategic initiatives.QualificationsBachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.35 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.Advanced Excel skills and experience with enterprise-level financial planning systems (e.g. Adaptive Insights Hyperion or similar).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication skills and executive presence to interact with senior leadership.Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.Preferred AttributesExperience in software/technology or recurring revenue business models.Familiarity with KPI dashboards and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).#LI-Hybrid#LI-DL1#LI-FinanceFlexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
