Our strength in healthcare innovation empowers us to build aworld where complex diseases are prevented treated and curedwhere treatments are smarter and less invasive andsolutions are our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow and profoundly impact health for more at Senior Financial Analyst will provide day-to-day financial support as well as lead key initiatives working closely with the Global HR Leadership team!Core Responsibilities:Coordinate with senior HR leadership and Finance Business Partners to prepare and present forecast updates and quarterly result packages ensuring the accuracy consistency and timeliness of all key deliverablesLead the corporate financial close process and latest thinking exercises framing key drivers and business outcomes to corporate leadershipManage functional risks & opportunities challenging key stakeholders when necessary influencing senior HR leadership decision making to deliver on a compliant and successful business planCollaborate on the Global HR target setting and long-range financial plan processLead corporate SigniFi adoption across HR partnering with regional COEs project team and business partners across multiple J&J organizations.Collaborate with HR FFL to assist with the Global HR benchmarking exercise to externally measure functional resource deployment investment and key cost categories to drive functional trade-off decisionsQualifications:A minimum of a bachelors degree is required preferably in Accounting or FinanceA minimum of 3 years of finance or accounting experience is requiredA CPA CMA and/or MBA is preferredExtensive knowledge of finance and accounting processes is requiredData visualization software experience is preferredExperience with implementing and driving global processes and results is preferredExecutive framing experience is preferredIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables Formulas VLOOKUPs etc.)Must possess the ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organizationMust have strong communication presentation interpersonal and influencing skillsExperience with ERP systems such as SAP or TM1 is preferredThis position is located in New Brunswick NJ and may require up to 10% local travelJohnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
