JOB DESCRIPTION
Senior Financial Analyst

The Google Data Center team operates one of the world's largest, state-of-the-art private fleets, sustainably powered by renewable energy. Given the multi-billion-dollar scale of these annual investments, we require strong financial leadership to manage planning, risk, controls, and opportunity analytics.

This includes managing full-cycle financial operations spanning monthly reporting packages, robust variance analysis, and the orchestration of annual planning. Acting as a trusted advisor to both business and finance leadership, you will deliver actionable insights, forecast short- and long-term models, and enforce spend governance to optimize capital and operational expenditures. Leveraging your ability to influence without authority, you will frequently lead complex, cross-functional projects. You will seamlessly collaborate with teams across technical infrastructure, accounting, corporate finance, internal audit, systems, and engineering to align financial strategy with large-scale technical execution.

- Partner with other Finance, Accounting, and Business/Product teams to ensure a holistic approach for decision making, regulatory compliance, accurate analytics and reporting, and effective data collection.
- Work with senior management across finance and the business to drive key financial metrics and improve financial insight & practices.
- Coach and guide team members to ensure meaningful professional development for team members.
