Works closely with clients, account services, and cross-functional departments to develop smart solutions that improve operations and support business goals. Translates client objectives into actionable, buildable plans and supports projects from initial concept through successful execution.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResearch and apply vendor specificationsAssist in operational assessmentsContribute to layout developmentParticipate in client meetingsCollaborate with internal teams on design intentReview designs, layout plans, and visualizations for compliance with client visionPrepare and review documentationTranslate technical conceptsParticipate in weekly meetings and project management key milestone meetingsPerform other tasks to support new business and account services as neededMinimum Education and Experience:2 Year / Associate Degree or Equivalent Experience3 - 5 years related experience and/or trainingPosition Requirements:Proficient computer skills; ability to use MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointKnowledge of inventory management and order entry systems, such as SyteLineKnowledge of foodservice operations; understanding of workflows, production processes, and customer service dynamics; ability to identify bottlenecks and recommend operational improvementsKnowledge of equipment design and specification to help clients select, design, and specify kitchen equipment, including millwork and stainless steel fabrication, to meet operational and compliance requirementsCommunicates well with others; speaks and writes clearly; asks for and offers help when neededInterpersonal; resolves questions and concerns in a professional manner; maintains confidentialityDetail oriented; meets quality standards and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughnessOrganized; completes work in a timely manner; able to prioritize and meet deadlinesProblem-solver; gathers and analyzes information skillfully and generates suggestions for improving workCapable of working independently and as a member of a team; contributes to building a positive team spirit
