Job role: Senior Front-End Engineer On-Device Commerce (Lightning Applications) Duration: 6 Months Contract Location: Philadelphia PA Hybrid (2 3 days/week onsite) Job Description: Experience Level: 8 10 years About the Team Join a dynamic On-Device Commerce team responsible for building lightning-based applications that power subscription purchases across all Comcast apps. Were expanding our capabilities with several major features on the horizon and contractors will play a key role in delivering these enhancements. What Youll Do Collaborate on front-end development efforts for subscription-based commerce experiences using Lightning and JavaScript. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive responsive interfaces. Contribute to the development of scalable maintainable codebases. Participate in CI/CD workflows using Concourse. Engage in code reviews testing and optimization to ensure high performance across devices. Tech Stack & Tools Primary: JavaScript Lightning (just a plus) CI/CD: Concourse Monitoring/Logging: ELK Stack (a plus) Testing: Cypress (a plus) What Were Looking For 8 10 years of professional front-end development experience. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern web development practices. Experience building UI/UX for consumer-facing applications. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with hybrid work including 2 3 days onsite in Philadelphia. Bonus: Familiarity with ELK stack and Cypress testing framework.
