Our culture is collaborative autonomous and customer-obsessed.We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who would be excited to contribute to the front-end and full-stack of our application to imagine design and build new features and products for our customers.Our tech stack is React web front-end and React-Native (iOS/Android) mobile with a serverless GCP ( / Typescript) backend.You will:Build delightful and innovative software that makes it easier for our customers to manage finance and accounting tasks. Our customers include both midsize and large construction companies specifically leaders in finance and accounting.Invent best-in-industry tools while working side-by-side with our customers team of engineers and business folks.Write scalable software that helps us efficiently handle the large volumes of data on our platform.Minimum Qualifications:Self-Motivated and enthusiastic about building great software5 years of experience in software engineering3 years of experience with React and/or React-NativeStrong command of HTML/CSSBachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)Expert knowledge of a statically typed language (ideally Java or Typescript)Work in Seattle office at least once per weekOther experience (not required were happy for you to learn):Familiarity with accounting conceptsGoogle Cloud PlatformFintech and/or payment processingWe want you to love your work team and environment - this may not be a good fit if you:Prefer a highly structured well-defined environmentAre uncomfortable being the first to figure something outArent interested in interacting with customersCompensation Range: $180k-$200k plus equityBenefits include:100% premium coverage for employee health insurance premiums and partial coverage for dependents.Health Savings Account with a company contributionFlexible Spending Account Options: Health Care and Dependent CareDental Vision and Life Insurance11 paid company holidays plus generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policyPlus stock options so that you can participate in the companys success!This is a hybrid role that allows for remote work flexibility.
