You will have the opportunity work hybrid in our Long Beach office.How you can make an impactThe senior environmental professional will wear several hats including project financial responsibility help grow the ES Practice and serve as a Seller-Doer. As appropriate you will also manage staff.As a Senior Professional you will contribute to our growth by:Providing leadership within our indoor air soil vapor methane soil and groundwater assessment mitigation and remediation practice area and also help to grow and expand this practice area. Developing new and existing clientsAssisting in staff utilization mentoring and development and as needed support the addition of new staff.Managing and being financially and technically responsible for projectsProvide technical review of reports and mentorship/development of staff report preparationAs aSelleryou will contribute to our growth by:Playing a leading role in new client acquisitionEffective communication with existing clients and cross-selling of servicesCollaborating with us as we develop strategies for expanding ways in which we contribute to our clients successDrafting and reviewing proposalsEnhancing the value of the services that we perform for existing clientsSeeking ways to increase project revenues profits as well add to the ES staff As aDoeryou will work with a team of professionals including SCS national experts in various fields to assist our clients in resolving a wide variety of environmental challenges to include:Soil and Groundwater RemediationSoil Vapor and Vapor Intrusion-related WorkHydrogeologic InvestigationsRegulatory Agency Liaison and InteractionBrownfield RedevelopmentQualificationsBachelors or Masters of Science in an environmental related science or engineering field required12 years of related work experience required5 years working at an environmental consulting firm requiredTrack record in designing and implementing mitigation/remedial measures (soil vapor extraction and vapor intrusion/methane mitigation systems) for various project sitesExperience with various methane ordinances throughout southern California preferredBusiness Development experience preferredPersonnel Management experience requiredProject Management experience requiredProfessional registration (P.E. or P.G.) requiredExcellent leadership and communication skillsOutstanding client service track recordValid drivers license and driving record in good standing requiredPay RangeUSD $100500.00 - USD $189210.00 /Yr.Additional InformationPlease note that our pay ranges are determined by several factors including relevant experience internal pay equity and location.
