WHO YOU’LL WORK WITHThis role reports to the Senior Manager and sits within the Nike.net Business Team. The team partners across Global Sales, Geographies, and Technology to align strategy, remove friction, and accelerate digital wholesale. They operate at the intersection of commerce and innovation, driving execution with a sharp focus on the consumer.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORThis role calls for a self-starter who thrives in complexity and moves with intent. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital platforms and knows how to turn insight into action. This person operates independently, owns outcomes, and raises the bar on quality. They are curious, solution-oriented, and constantly looking for ways to improve performance, adoption, and the end-to-end buying experience.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Commerce, Operations, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital merchandising, business-to-business or business-to-consumer platform strategy, analytics, sales, or sales support functionsExperience partnering with product and technology teams to shape requirements and influence platform roadmapsProven strength in analytics, problem-solving, and translating insights into measurable outcomesExperience supporting platform launches, capability rollouts, and go-to-market readinessProficient in AI tools, Excel, AirTableWHAT YOU’LL WORK ONYou will drive the evolution of Nike.net’s Buy and Post‑Purchase experience—powering how wholesale partners shop, transact, and manage orders.
