Safetec of America is seeking a highly organized detail-focused Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative projects and oversee two designers on our Marketing team. This role blends hands-on design with leadership project management and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDesign for digital print packaging and branding collateralMentor support and oversee two designers; provide creative direction and feedbackAdvanced Photo EditingExperience in creating videosManage projects from concept through production ensuring timelines accuracy and brand consistencyCreate digital assets for social media email campaigns web presentations and product visualsDevelop and update digital packaging artwork files to ensure accuracy including dielines labeling and FDA-regulated Drug FactsMaintain organized files templates brand assets and documentationUse Asana (or similar) for workload prioritization tracking and approvalsCoordinate with print vendors and outside partners as needed for accurate proofs for print materialsSupport ongoing refinement of brand guidelines and visual standardsUphold high QA standards across all creative outputCollaborate with customers and sales to understand their design needs provide creative solutions and present design concepts. Maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
