This is a hybrid work model where you will work 3-4 days in the office.What you will doThe Senior HRIS Analyst is a strategic partner within the HR Services Team responsible for leading system support optimization and innovation across multiple HR platforms. This role drives complex integrations advanced analytics and process improvements ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Senior Analyst serves as a subject matter expert and mentor providing guidance to junior analysts and stakeholders across departments.Systems AdministrationLead system configuration upgrades and maintenance across HR platformsManage user access security roles and permissions with a focus on compliance and audit readinessOversee data integrity and interface monitoring between internal and external systemsProject Management & Process OptimizationLead cross-functional HRIS projects from planning through executionCollaborate with HR IT and vendors to implement system enhancements and new functionalityIdentify and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency compliance and user experienceAdvanced Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support strategic HR decision-makingAnalyze trends and data to provide actionable insights to HR leadershipEnsure reporting aligns with internal audit controls and external compliance requirementsTraining & Change ManagementDesign and deliver training programs for HRIS users across the organizationLead change management efforts related to system upgrades and process changesMaintain documentation and training materials to support system adoption and data integrityPayroll Support & BackupAssist in testing and validating payroll system updates and integrationsCollaborate with Payroll team to resolve data discrepancies and support auditsEnsure accurate and timely submission of payroll data in compliance with company policiesServe as backup for payroll processing during absences or peak periodsKey Competencies & AttributesStrategic thinking and ability to align HRIS initiatives with business goalsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data setsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindsetAbility to mentor junior team members and lead cross-functional initiativesHigh level of confidentiality and professionalismWhat you will needBachelors degree in HR Business IT or related field required; Masters degree preferred.5 years of progressive experience in HRIS or HR technology roles.Proven experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. UKG/UltiPro Workday SAP)Strong knowledge of HR processes benefits administration and complianceAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel Word PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools a plusStrong understanding of system integrations data governance and reporting toolsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environmentExperience leading projects and collaborating across departmentsRegularly works in an office environment sitting/standing with computer workExpanded hours inclusive of possible weekend and evenings supporting the business as neededPrimary workspace Spokane Office with some flexibility to work remoteTotal RewardsWe prioritize an exceptional workplace experience offering a comprehensive total reward package.
