We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional with strong expertise in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, and cooling towers

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations

Mentor junior technicians as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of HVAC experience (commercial/industrial preferred)

Strong working knowledge of boilers, chillers, and cooling towers

EPA certification required; additional certifications a plus

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Valid driver's license
