We dont follow trendswe set the standard for precision trust and operational impact.Job Description:DTN is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex high-impact software implementation projects for global enterprise customers. This role is critical to ensuring the successful deployment adoption and measurable outcomes of DTNs Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Results-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.The ideal candidate brings strong project governance capabilities excels in executive communication and thrives in fast-paced matrixed SaaS environments. This role requires travel up to 40% including international customer visits and cross-functional team alignment meetings.What Youll Be Responsible for:Project Delivery & GovernanceLead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects ensuring scope timelines and deliverables are metEstablish and manage project governance structures including steering committees risk registers and escalation pathsDrive project plans in alignment with DTNs implementation methodology and value realization frameworks for SaaS and RaaS deliveryCustomer Engagement & CommunicationServe as the primary point of contact for customer project stakeholders including senior and executive-level contactsFacilitate discovery and requirements sessions to align DTNs solutions with customer goals and expected outcomesCommunicate project status risks and milestones clearly and regularly to internal and external stakeholdersBuild trusted relationships with customer sponsors to ensure confidence in delivery value realization and long-term successCross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with internal teams across Product Engineering Customer Success Professional Services and Support to deliver comprehensive SaaS and RaaS solutionsIdentify and manage cross-team dependencies to ensure execution excellence and a seamless customer experiencePartner with internal leadership to align project delivery with broader business and customer outcomesSaaS & RaaS Delivery ExcellenceEnsure successful delivery of DTNs SaaS and RaaS offerings from onboarding through go-live early adoption and measurable resultsProactively identify risks remove blockers and maintain project momentumDocument lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation playbooks and best practicesWhat Youll Bring to the Position:7 years of experience managing customer-facing SaaS implementation projects ideally with experience in RaaS or outcomes-based delivery modelsProven track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budgetStrong communication and executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholdersDeep understanding of project governance SaaS delivery methodologies and risk managementExperience aligning solution capabilities to customer business needs KPIs and success criteriaProficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Smartsheet Jira Asana or similar)Preferred QualificationsPMP Scrum or other project management certificationsExperience leading digital transformation or large-scale enterprise software implementationsFamiliarity with RaaS models value realization frameworks and time-to-value metricsExposure to customer success and professional services delivery models in B2B SaaS environmentsBackground working with customers in energy agriculture transportation or other operationally intensive industriesWhat You Can Expect From DTN:Competitive SalaryUnlimited PTOFlexible working hoursRemote work model (position dependent)Competitive Medical Dental and Vision Insurance Plans6% 401K matchingUnlimited access to 13k courses via learning platform to support employee career advancementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $82500 and $123750. DTN is a pay for performance organization which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors including but not limited to: prior work experience training/education transferable skills business needs internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
