Other office locations may be considered. Candidates must be willing to work at one of the EnSafe offices. Relocation assistance is available to meet this expectation.As a Senior Industrial Wastewater Engineer you will lead and mentor junior engineers while partnering with EnSafe s senior leaders across the U.S. to guide client industrial wastewater treatment projects and drive outcomes.Key responsibilities of this position include:Technical strength with industrial wastewater (IWW) treatment and design engineering across a variety of industries.Support or lead design of IWW collection conveyance and treatment projects.Manage design-build and construction services.Manage equipment selection and procurement manage construction phase engineering services and participate in design and construction meetings with clients subcontractors and regulators.Lead technical teams working across multiple offices to:develop treatment options and cost estimatesprepare plans and specifications including PFDs P&IDs and layouts andwrite work plans design reports SOPs O&M manuals and other documentation.Provide inspection/troubleshooting support for existing IWW systems and identify enhancements.Design and implement bench-scale and pilot-scale treatability studies including data management and evaluation mass balance/loading details and treatment technology selection.Participate in meetings with subcontractors clients and regulators.Provide marketing/sales efforts as well as proposal development.Minimum Skill and Requirements:BachelorsdegreeinCivil Environmental Mechanical or Chemical Engineering(Mastersdegreeinpertinentdisciplinepreferred).10-15yearsofindustrialwastewaterdesignexperiencewithseveralyearsasaprofessional-in-responsible-charge.Professional Engineer registration/License inFLTXTNMAorotherstates.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel Outlook and Word along with graphics software/AutoCAD necessary for the conceptual design of industrial wastewater systems.Previous experience with instrumentation and controls/automation is a plus.Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others expressing intricate ideas effectively and professionally to an engineering and non-engineering audience.Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with clients regulators project managers and employees effectively persuasively and tactfully at all levels of the organization.Strong work ethic attention to detail.30% travel potential.Track record for establishing new clients/business.Valid drivers license to operate a vehicle in the U.S.Why Join EnSafeEmployee-Owned AdvantageEnSafe is 100% employee-owned with an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) since 1997.
