Senior Information Technology (IT) Process AnalystCompany:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Information Technology (IT) Process Analyst to join the team in Mesa AZ.Come join Boeings highly dynamic Infrastructure Technology Operations (ITO) Subsidiary team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering a range of IT Compliance services across various IT infrastructure platforms to our customers. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that these services not only meet the specific business expectations of our clients but also align with the strategic direction established by the Enterprise Infrastructure Technology Operations team including input from customers managers and leaders. By effectively bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs the candidate will contribute to the overall success of our IT compliance initiatives fostering strong relationships and driving innovation in our service offerings.Position Responsibilities:Directs activities to define deploy evaluate and support common computing standards IT processes tools and process/performance metricsLeads activities to define plans to support common standards and processesIdentifies qualitative and quantitative improvement measuresAdvises on the selection of key parameters and standards to monitor progressLeads the definition development and deployment of common process requirements and infrastructure products and servicesDirects activities to educate and promote use of Boeing IT common processes methodologies products and servicesLeads consults and coaches in common processes for software development and maintenanceLeads the review and evaluation of new technology for software process impactSupports and integrates architecture mapping to common processesBasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):5 years of experience with major cloud providers (AWS and Azure Preferred)5 years of experience working with Virtualized Systems (i.e. VMWare) design and implementation5 years of experience with security considerations and compliance standards5 years of experience with GitLab Azure DevOps and CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience with various DevOps tools Gitlab Jenkins Containers etc.Experience with various Automation tools Cheff and PupetExperience with Microsoft Federated Identity ManagementExperience with continuous integration deploymentsExperience with VMware 5.x and or virtual server deploymentsExperience with Amazon AWS services and/or Microsoft AzureDrug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Pay & Benefits:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
