You will steady day to day operations and lead modernizations across servers, virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud. Automation is a big theme.What you will tackle Keep a hybrid environment healthy across Windows and Linux, VMware based virtualization, and enterprise storage and networking Troubleshoot tough incidents, drive root cause, and put long term fixes in place Design and deliver improvements that boost reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency Support cloud workloads in AWS or Azure and connect them cleanly to on premises systems Automate repetitive work with scripting and infrastructure as code Partner with application, security, and operations teams and share best practices with junior engineers Lead and contribute to upgrades, migrations, and refresh projects with solid change control and documentationWhat you bring Senior level enterprise infrastructure background working across Windows Server and Linux Strong VMware experience with vSphere and related tooling Solid grounding in storage, backups, and disaster recovery in an enterprise setting Networking fundamentals TCP IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, routing, firewalls, and cloud networking concepts Hands on automation using tools like PowerShell or Python and IaC platforms Comfortable owning both operations and project work in a global environment Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experienceNice to have Experience in large, multi site environments Familiarity with monitoring and observability platformsWhy this role High ownership and visibility Real runway to modernize, automate, and improve reliabilityEqual Opportunity EmployerHow to apply Apply directly to [email protected] with your resume and a short note on relevant experience.
