This carpentry opportunity offers a competitive wage of $27 – $40 per hour (equivalent to $54,000–$80,000/year), commensurate with experience and performance. You'll need to be available consistently throughout the week and capable of working outdoors in all seasons.WHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKEAs a Senior Installation Technician, you will oversee the on-site execution of residential and light commercial construction and remodeling projects, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with building codes, project plans, and safety protocols. You will manage the daily operations of your assigned crew, delegate tasks, and provide clear direction to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently. You will coordinate with the Project Manager and Office Manager, offering valuable insights in meetings and proactively identifying solutions to support project success. Responsibilities include leading and participating in work related to rough and finish carpentry, excavation, plumbing, masonry, and general remodeling. You will also oversee material logistics, maintain a clean and organized job site, document progress through photos and written reports, and promote a positive and professional work environment.
