Senior Integrated Design Specialist - Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3)Company:The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) Space Intelligence & Weapons Systems (SI&WS) organization is seeking a Senior Integrated Design Specialist to join the Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) in Huntsville AL.Boeing has a multi-year contract to develop test and manufacture the PAC-3 RADAR seeker recently named the coolest thing made in Alabama for 2025. This program encompasses concurrent design test and manufacturing as new upgrades to this complex electro-mechanical assembly are incorporated into production. This long-term program is rapidly growing in Huntsville due to design updates production growth and Boeing facilities improvements.Position Responsibilities:Leads development documentation implementation and consultation of the application of and compliance with requirements for the use of engineering tools processes and standardsGuides training and provides subject matter expertise in the utilization of processes tools and integration of technical effortsEnsures regulatory requirements are metLeads the collection analysis and validation of program performance metrics and coordinates organizational requirements to support business needsWorks under minimal directionThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.
