Our Senior Designers play a key role in bringing this vision to lifeleading projects with creativity, clarity, and a commitment to excellence.Responsibilities Design Leadership & Team CollaborationLead assigned team members with confidence and clarity, ensuring each project is executed on time, on budget, and to our studios highest standards.Foster a collaborative, solutions-focused environment where design excellence thrives.Creative Development & Client EngagementDevelop and present thoughtful, compelling design concepts that align with each clients lifestyle and vision.Guide clients through the design journey with professionalism, creativity, and care.Project Management & ExecutionOversee all phases of project executionfrom design development and documentation to procurement, scheduling, and installation.Ensure design intent is translated with precision across all technical drawings, materials, and furnishings.Sourcing & Vendor CoordinationSource finishes, furnishings, and fixtures that reflect the projects aesthetic and meet quality and budget expectations.Coordinate with contractors, builders, and vendors to maintain design integrity throughout every phase.Client Communication & MeetingsServe as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, managing all client communications and updates.Lead meetings with clients, builders, and partners to ensure alignment and forward momentum.Elevated Client ExperienceProvide a seamless, high-touch experience for clients and collaborators from concept to completion.Studio SupportContribute to the success of the studio by taking on additional responsibilities as needed, in alignment with the direction of the Principal Designer.QualificationsAt least ten years of professional interior design experience - including at least three years experience leading luxury residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of interior design concepts relating to residential constructionExcellent customer service skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbout UsAt Laura Brophy Interiors, design is more than aestheticsits the art of intentional living.
