This is a high-impact role where your technical leadership will help define the future of mobile travel planningcontributing to our ambition to become the global one-stop travel marketplace.In this role, you will:Lead development of iOS features and guide architectural decisionsBuild holistic solutions that ensure consistent experiences across platformsCollaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and delightful traveler experiencesChampion engineering excellence, usability, and qualityShare knowledge across teams and mentor junior developersContribute to an agile team culture of continuous learning and improvementExplore and recommend emerging technologies to improve performance and scalabilityMinimum Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience8+ years of professional mobile/software development experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master'sAdvanced proficiency in iOS technologies including Swift, SwiftUI, and XcodeExperience architecting scalable, modular, and maintainable iOS mobile architectures, leveraging common design patterns such as MVVM or VIPERSkilled in multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization in SwiftUIExperienced in leading technical discussions and simplifying complex problemsAbility to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with Firebase and Apollo, and openness to expanding into other enabling technologies like GraphQLProven track record of building modular, scalable solutions with high transaction volumesPrior experience mentoring and developing other engineers
