Senior IT Project Management SpecialistCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior IT Project Management Specialist to join our Digital Services team in Centennial Colorado or Seattle Washington. Boeing Global Services (BGS) Digital Services is at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions that enhance the operational efficiency of commercial airplanes. Our Digital Services team is dedicated to providing cutting-edge products and services that integrate seamlessly with our aircraft ensuring our customers receive the highest value. This role will coordinate across product management engineering marketing management and Boeing regulatory leaders to manage the creation of process and tools.Position Responsibilities:Lead Meaningful Projects: Independently develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet the program requirements in accordance with project management industry standardsCollaborate Across Teams: Partner with Product Management Engineering IT Marketing and other cross-functional organizations to design options processes policies and guidelinesEngage with Employees: Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives to lead the planning development and execution of the programMonitor and Report: Monitor budget track spend and provide reporting on program effectiveness and impactEnsure the program reflects company valuesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of project management experience preferably in employee engagement program development or leading cross-functional teams3 years of experience with schedule and budget management integration of all logistic elements customer communication as well as understanding of execution of program planning to ensure cost schedule and technical baseline requirements are metStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEmpathetic and passionate leader for employee experienceProficiency with project management toolsPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelors degree in Business HR Communications or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience managing employee recognition engagement or well-being programsBackground in change management and communicationsAbility to balance empathy with business efficienciesDrug Free Workplace:Boeingis a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards & Pay Transparency:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
