Typical Duties: Lead a portfolio of clients and projects, ensuring quality, budgets, and timelines are met. Oversee proposals, contracts, and client communications. Direct large or strategic projects and support project managers. Track project budgets, monitor earned value, and manage scope changes. Ensure technical accuracy and lead internal coordination. Support business development and mentor team members. Knowledge & Experience Required: 10+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years in project management. PE license (strongly preferred), bachelor's in engineering. Strong grasp of MEP/FP systems and construction practices. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Deltek).
