Senior Java Developer at Lighthouse Technology Services

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Java Developer position! This is a 5 month contract opportunity based in Buffalo NY and is open to local and remote candidates. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.What Youll Be Doing:Provide designs specify information systems solutions and offer highly technical direction in the development of new or existing applications.Serve as a principal application designer for major modifications using analytical and technical skills.Complete and oversee systems analysis design and development work.Direct and monitor junior resources; coordinate development tasks for small to large projects.Participate in systems development efforts from analysis through user acceptance testing.Review and prepare test data detailed test plans and perform debugging as needed.Evaluate complex program interrelationships providing analytical consulting to implement new technologies.Prepare technical documentation project plans specifications charts diagrams and assessments.Recommend new technologies lead or participate in vendor software evaluations.Maintain efficient operation and effectiveness of supported applications.Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards.Interface with senior management technology personnel clients and vendors.What Youll Need to Have:5 years related work experience RESTful API experience Experience using the following technologies: Java 21 Spring Boot SQL Spring WebFlux WiremockFamiliarity with application development software and hardware platforms.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience coordinating between application teams and business units.Experience recommending and implementing systems solutions and driving project milestones.Pay Range:$55-$70/hrQuestions about any of our jobs Email us atView all of our open jobs here:Required Experience:Senior IC Key Skills REST,Eclipse,Junit,Spring,Struts,SOAP,Jpa,Hibernate,Maven,J2EE,Jdbc,Java Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 55 - 70
