Senior Java Developer at Numentica

Our Team working on an exciting project for B2B Payments Industry client (Fraud Detection applications). We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong technical expertise to join our development team. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning.Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and bugs.Ensure software meets quality, security, and performance standards.Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and process improvements.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and REST APIs.Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and writing SQL queries.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools.Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
