Job description We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Developer with over 12 years of expertise in the MERN stack to join our supply chain management team and drive the development of highimpact applications for the automotive sector The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in React and Java exceptional coding practices proven leadership abilities and a deep understanding of system design to ensure robust scalable solutions You Will Lead develop and mentor a team of developers in building and maintaining automotiverelated web applications using the MERN stack MongoDB Express React Java Define and oversee technical strategy and architecture for scalable and robust web solutions in the automotive domain Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in coding and software development Develop solutions using eventdriven architecture Mongo Change Streams Kafka Schema Registry and connectors Architect and develop complex features and enhancements for our automotive platforms Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers designers and other developers to deliver highquality usercentric solutions Maintain and improve existing systems addressing performance reliability and security issues Stay abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and advancements to incorporate innovative solutions into our projects Continuously optimize application performance scalability and reliability Act as a technical liaison with automotive clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and actionable tasks You Bring Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Lead Developer with extensive expertise in the MERN stack Experience in React Java Mongo stack is MUST Proven track record of leading development teams and managing largescale projects Strong experience with MongoDB Expressjs Reactjs Nodejs and Java Strong experience with Kafka and implementing eventdriven and serverless architecture Background in developing and deploying web applications within the automotive industry or related sectors Familiarity with supply chain management Proficiency in version control systems eg Git CICD practices and Agile methodologies Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with Java or Javabased frameworks Spring Boot Microservices etc Experience with cloud platforms eg AWS Azure Knowledge of automotive software development frameworks and protocols Key Skills REST,Eclipse,Junit,Spring,Struts,SOAP,Jpa,Hibernate,Maven,J2EE,Jdbc,Java Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
