WhatYou Will Be Doing Design build and maintain highperformance Java microservices (Spring/Spring Boot). Ship AI-powered features: conversational flows agentic workflows and smart automations. Integrate LLMs (e.g. OpenAI Vertex AI) into our Java services and APIs. Use Python for AI/ML workflows prototypes and data/LLM utilities. Implement and support RAG pipelines and vector database integrations. Collaborate with Product/Design to turn customer problems into practical AI solutions. Contribute to code reviews testing and architecture discussions in an agile environment. Skills & Qualifications 5 years of professional experience with Java and frameworks like Spring Boot / Hibernate. Strong experience with REST APIs microservices SQL/NoSQL and cloud platforms. Experience with React on the front end (comfortable jumping in when needed). Hands-on experience building AI Agentic AI or conversational AI features in production. Python experience (for AI/ML scripting or LLM integrations). Solid understanding of software architecture testing and clean code practices. Strong communication and a collaborative ownership-focused mindset.
