We specialize in creating timeless, formal gardens and outdoor living spaces that blend beauty with precision. We're seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead design projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with builders, architects, and discerning clients.
About the Role
Lead the design process from concept through construction documentation.
Develop planting plans, hardscape layouts, and 3D visualizations.
Coordinate with project managers and construction teams to ensure design intent is executed flawlessly.
Guide clients through design decisions with clarity, diplomacy, and creativity.
Mentor junior designers and contribute to Rivertown's culture of excellence.

Bachelor's or Master's in Landscape Architecture.
5+ years of professional design experience (residential preferred).
Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
Strong horticultural knowledge, especially Zone 4-6 plantings.
Excellent communication and client facing skills.
Licensed Landscape Architect.
