About this RoleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Finance Analyst within the Corporate and Investment Markets Chief Finance Officer (CIB Markets CFO) team. The Markets CFO team provides strategic advisory, supported by data and analysis, to the Markets Division Leadership that will drive growth, create efficiency, and define strategy.  More specifically, this Analyst will provide support to the Commodities, Municipal, XVA and Markets Admiration lines of businesses within the Markets division reporting to the LOB CFO. Learn more about our career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.comIn this role, you will:Perform in-depth financial reporting/analysisEnsure proper financials preparation for operating reviews/reports, financial ownership in business cases and ad-hoc analysesParticipate in functions related to financial forecasting, financial research and reportingEngage directly with leaders across all aspects of the business including but not limited to revenue, balance sheet, capital, headcount and expensesLeverage enterprise AI tools to facilitate data driven decisioningDemonstrate intellectual curiosity with appropriate skepticism to review/ challenge/enhance/transform current processes that can benefit from improvements; take ownership to push things forward and make progressRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong analytical skills including financial metrics analysisVisual/verbal data trend presentation preparation for management reportingKnowledge/understanding of report analysis: emphasis on accuracy and telling a story with supporting detailsAbility to exercise independent judgment and work within a team to identify and resolve problemsKnowledge of Wells Fargo's balance sheet/product offeringsExperience with forecasting tools Essbase/DodecaExperience with disciplines such as accounting, group controllers, corporate treasury, regulatory capital, financial planning and analysis and/or product controlAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsKnowledge of PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, AI toolsPosting Location:550 S.
