About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Finance Analyst to own and elevate branch production forecasting and analytics for our national branch network.  In this highly visible role, you’ll shape the story for branch sales across multiple product lines.  This role is for delivering insights that influence strategy, drive growth, and support executive decision-making. As the go‑to finance partner for our sales leaders who rely on clear, data‑driven narratives that illuminate banker productivity and account production trends.  Additionally, you will be responsible for developing business cases and ad-hoc analysis that will accelerate results within the branch channel.In this role, you will:Own Reporting, Forecasting & Analysis:Lead end-to-end reporting, forecasting, and analysis of account production for Consumer deposits & lending products and investment referralsDevelop and maintain robust analytics, metrics and reporting to drive insights and improved financial outcomesDesign, build and maintain data-driven business cases to evaluate strategic and financial outcomesSupport the business with incentive compensation design and complete modeling and reporting on incentive plansExecutive Storytelling:Prepare and present executive-level materials that clearly communicate production forecasts/trends, key drivers of performance, and incentive compensation outcomes to leadershipAdvise senior leaders on key growth strategies balancing cost and revenueIntegration & Collaboration:Build strong relationships and partner closely with teammates and other key stakeholders, including Branch strategy teams, line of business product teams, and Finance to drive results and execute deliverablesDevelop expertise in reporting that meets brand and internal control standardsResolve issues and achieve goals through collaboration and consultation with peers, colleagues, and managersProcess Improvement & Automation:Champion process improvement initiatives focused on automating and streamlining forecasting and reporting workflowsIntroduce new ideas and challenge the status quo to drive efficiency and quality in reporting and analysisRequired Qualifications, US:7+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Effective communication skills with senior leaders, both written and verbal​Ability to prepare management level presentationsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyP&L financial management and forecasting experienceExperience with Essbase and emerging AI technologies (Copilot, etc.) familiarity with Microsoft Office, advanced in Excel and PowerPoint is preferredAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple prioritiesDemonstrated experience fostering strong partnerships, promoting teamwork, and influencing othersAbility to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are importantAbility to synthesize data work with ambiguity and make recommendations to executive leadersJob Expectations:This position offers a hybrid work schedule from our Charlotte, NC (550 S. Tryon St. or 11625 N. Community House Road), Minneapolis, MN, Des Moines, IA or Irving, TX locations.Relocation assistance is not available for this position.This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
